Hi Howard,

I couldn’t stop smiling at your comments. Have to agree to most of the points in terms of the look of the RAM But there is a bit of vanity in the gaming world I suppose (i’m not an exception either:-)), which most of normal PC users would struggle to comprehend with.

I’m NOT TROLLING but that article was hard work to get through. The RAM section repeated the same things over and over. Not being a PC builder I don’t know what the look of the RAM has to do with anything. It was like reading computer building porn. I couldn’t help rolling about laughing at the seriousness of the damn look and lights on the said RAM. That section could be 19% of the finished version and still mention everything. Even later on in the FAQ NO1 “what happens when I run out of RAM! Another lot of the same thing that was in the first part.
Then the fans. Good grief custom LEDS etc.
The most important thing the CPU hardly got a mention, compared to the RAM. I guess it is not pretty….
Then the case. All about looks. To me it looks like something a teen who has a job for the first time would buy glasses and gaudy.
Maybe I’m missing something but less is more in my book. I can imagine how annoying that rig would be with the disco lights on in a dark room..
I’d rather have a solid black metal block. No lights no fans with 5000 custom LESS etc
Geuss I’m getting old. I love computers but I do not want to have lights on the RAM fans and everywhere else.
The article could be 19% as long and to the point
